I've been hitting the gym hard the last couple of months.  I kind if fell into a lazy workout mentality after I broke my ribs over a year ago.  In the last 3 months I've lost 20-25 lbs and I've been making huge strength gains now that I'm training steady and eating enough.  Last week I hit a new bench PR at 365lbs.  I feel extremely vain taking pictures of myself and talking about gym bullshit on here but it's the first real progress I've made in over 2 years so blah.  #gymnerdshit
