For the last 6 months I haven’t been to the gym more than 2 times every 2 weeks, I’ve gained 20 lbs of blubber yet my strength hasn’t changed.  I’m maxing my lifts this week to see where I’m at before I set my current goals 515 lbs with no belt, no straps, no bullshit.  Second attempt is at 565 lsb with only a 2 minute rest, think I would’ve had it if I’d had more rest time but the gym was closing.  #meathead #straightedge
